PELCO^® FIB Lift-Out TEM Grids come in 4, 5, or 8 post formats. Each post is labelled by an easy to read dot pattern beneath the post. The typical thickness of the copper lift-out grids is 25µm +/-5µm. Mo grids are nominally 25µm thick. The copper grids have a thin ridge surrounding the posts for extra support. Mo grids have sharp edges. Posts are is 60 x 25 x 190µm (W x D x H). The molybdenum grids have four posts, two narrow and two wide. Narrow posts are 60 x 190µm (W x H) and wide posts are 120 x 190µm with a 120 degree notch at the end.
